Looking to improve the strength in your glutes and hips? TUFF Bands 2.0 are a versatile training tool used to help you increase strength and/or stability in your lower body.  These are lighter than our TUFF Bands 3.0.  These are a great addition to your gym bag!

TUFF Bands 2.0 Benefits

  • Warm up your hip abductors.
  • Keep your knees in the correct position when squatting/sumo deadlifting.

  1. Place your TUFF Band 2.0 right above your knee.
  2. Take long strides forward, backward and/or laterally.
  3. While performing an air squat, push your knees out which will activate your glutes!
  • Medium (13 inch) - Below 130 lbs
  • Large (15 inch) - 130 - 240 lbs
  • X-Large (16.5 inch) - Above 240 lbs

Great Product

If you are new to the glute bands, I recommend starting out with this light one first. I only need about five minutes on the stair stepper and my gluteus maximus is burning. If a few months I might upgrade to the heavy but I would definitely start with this one first.

5 star product a must have

I'm a heavy squatter and these are great for activation and correcting issues. These by far are equal to mark bells high priced products
