Tell us about your Fitness journey and where it has to lead you to today?

I've been lifting heavy for as long as I can remember. Had something happen when I was younger and wanted to fight past that. Working out lead me to being able to hang out with the TuffWraps crew as well as getting to meet everyone I watched on social media.

What are your future goals in terms of fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle?

To lose weight but keep mass
