SIZING OF BELTS

Use a soft measuring tape above your waist (inches) at the navel area where your weight belt would sit.  This will ensure proper sizing. NOT YOUR WAIST where your shorts sit.  Please do not suck your stomach in, and keep everything relaxed when measuring. 

RECOMMENDATIONS: If you are in-between sizes, please go down a size. Ex. If you measure 33", we recommend you choose a MEDIUM.
