The highest accolade for any bodybuilder is stepping on to the Mr Olympia stage in the USA. For many this is a long journey and one that a lifetime of work can be dedicated to. 

The hours in the gym, the hours of cardio, the social sacrifices and the absolute dedication to daily nutrition is what makes success in the sport so hard.  So when the judges call you on stage to present you with your class win and a qualification for the Mr Olympia the sensation is very real!

We caught up with TuffWraps Athlete Darren Farrell in Dubai while he gathered his thoughts about his recent Mr Olympia qualification for 2022.
