I was a Sports Chiropractic Physician in the state of Florida for over 15 years before I decided it was time for me to go fulltime into TuffWraps.
I always had an interest in building businesses as well as learning technology and how it can be used in business. I started building websites and brand in 2001 which led me to where I ma today. Something that I have lived by and I will always say is, "Fail Fast, Fail Forward." Failing is not a bad thing rather than what you shouldn't do.
Free time? I have no idea what that is...LOL. My wife will you that I never sit still. I am always working or investing in something. I prefer to be busy in my time.
I snore like a bear so if you want to travel with me...you better get your own room! One more thing... I sneeze 3 times when eating chocolate, but only initially. If you hear me sneezing you can bet I am eating some chocolate.
I know this may come to a shock but I am really not star struck to want to train with anyone. I would love to train with all of our TUFF Ambassadors and customers at one great meetup!!

I first bought some Crossfit Wraps from TuffWraps back in 2014, then got to know Jaysen. We setup TuffWraps UK after this and in November 2016 I flew to Miami to meet them. After that then the rest is history!

I don't eat fruit, any fruit
Achievement inspires me including some people close to me who I look up to in what they have achieved in their lives.
My partner James had a small side hustle called Hold Strong Industries and he sold Tuffwraps to the UK market. As he got busier we were invited to go vist Jaysen and Sonia in West Palm and from there me and James started running Tuffwraps UK together. I have been full time working for Tuffwraps since January 2020 after a trip with the team to Bimini made me QUIT QUIT QUIT my previous job and the rest is history.

I am deathly afraid of bees. In Hawaii, a bee got stuck in my hair and all I could hear when I was running from it was the "zzzzz" and it stung my scalp. Now when I hear buzzing near my ear I start to panic. 🙄
I couldn't answer this in one simple way because I find inspiration in many different ways from the people I surround myself with whether it's physical health, financial health, independence, self care, etc.
Strength & Conditioning Coach
I started by posting on IG that my current wraps were trash and wanted some new ones from TUFF so Jay commented and gave me a discount code. I was sold, bought a pair never looked back. Ended up going from customer to ambassador and then being brought on as part of this amazing team and family!
I enjoy a good cigar, some whiskey and just hanging out with family and friends, nothing crazy.
My favorite genre of music is jazz, my degree is in criminal psychology & behavior analysis, and I did bull riding for awhile.
My father has always inspired me
I started by ordering new TuffWraps every Monday for chest day.
I still drink from the water faucet.
I was a Physical Therapist Assistant
I began working for TuffWraps over summer vacation when I was in school helping with small tasks here and there. Mostly stocking items and preparing materials used for the production of our in house printed t-shirts. As time went on and the company grew we were in need of someone to manage inventory and the warehouse and I was lucky enough to be offered the job around the same time I was looking into a career change. I am very happy to be a part of the team as I can do something I love and focus more on my personal fitness and wellbeing.
In my free time I like to run (which I am hoping to get back into soon), I enjoy playing video games from time to time, watching a good movie, and learning about interesting topics.
I can throw a pretty nasty knuckleball.
Conor Mcgregor. His dedication and drive are something I envy.
Ichiro Suzuki. The guy's training habits and dedication to his former craft is something I think about daily. Everyone should try their best at everything no matter what they are doing.
