How did your fitness journey start?
In 2014 I had some major life changing events. I lost my father and a long term relationship .I was at a point where I needed change in my life, emotionally, mentally and physically. I had been active in the gym but truly didn’t know how to change my body and get results.
I hired a trainer, working with him taught me disciplined training, helped me build confidence and changed my whole outlook on what I could accomplish.
I met CT Fletcher training in the dungeon in Norwalk CA and y’all know, that man can inspire and motivate beyond words.
For the last 6 years I have changed my outlook on life, my outlook on what it is to be a athlete and influencer in the fitness industry, and have proven to myself that I can achieve anything I truly set my mind and heart on. It required me to motivate myself, motivate others and through perseverance, push the limits. The only limits you have, are your own .
Who is your favorite athlete and why?
My favorite athlete or inspiration is CT Fletcher. His story and his ability to be a light to so many has always reminded me to remain humble and push forward and fight, fight for what you believe in and fight for all you desire in life. No one, NO ONE, can do that for you, but YOU.
CT’s Humility, hard work, and his success in being a positive influence, has always driven me to push that much harder and give that much more, in all I do in my personal/professional life and for others.
