Here at Tuffwraps, we are always innovating and working to improve our customer's experience while shopping online. Over the years, we have had many requests from our customers asking us to expedite their orders. We thought long and hard about this, and we finally have come up with a simple solution.
➡CURRENT STANDARD TURN-AROUND TIME: up to 48 hrs.
➡SKIP THE LINE TURN-AROUND TIME: Ships out the same day (orders placed before 12:00pm EST.)
Some of our items are made to order, which means in most cases, we need up to 2 business days to complete an order before it is shipped out.
We understand that sometimes you just need your order sooner, which is why we now offer our Skip The Line option.
What is the Skip The Line option?
We will push your order to the front of the line for a small fee.
If you choose to skip the line, we will bump your order ahead of thousands of other orders, and your order will ship out the same day (if ordered before 12:00 PM EST - Monday-Friday).
Delivery & Returns
Shipping Information:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping Options: We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery:
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please Note: If your order includes apparel, these items are print-on-demand and may require additional processing time. Expect an additional 3-5 business days before shipment. Apparel orders will ship separately from other items in your order.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Easy Returns: If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Print-on-demand apparel is made to order and may be subject to different return policies—please review our Return Policy for details.
- How to Initiate a Return: Visit our Returns Portal or contact our support team for assistance.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is received.

Tuff cuff definitely provides compression. I ordered this to try and alleviate some elbow pain. It did reduce it. Actually would have given 5 stars but the stitching is extremely harsh. While pulling on it left a long scratch on my arm. But seems to have softened up with more use
