使い方

1. TUFF GRIPP Band 3.0 を膝のすぐ上に置きます。
2. 前方、後方、横方向に大きな歩幅で歩きます。
3. エアスクワットを行うときは、膝を外側に押し出すと臀部が活性化されます。
