I’m a novice lifter with some serious grip issues. I’m hoping to improve that over time but it’s hindered my progress in heavier lifting.
Normally, I’d be grabbing just 45s for my one handed row but with these straps, I went straight to 60 without a problem. My back was actually the reason I got winded, not just my grip.
Deadlifts are more fun than ever now. I have more confidence in my heavier effort days now and my workouts are feeling amazing.
