Normally I hate doing biceps, but using this actually helps a lot and makes it fun!
I only just saw this on the site and I'm glad I did. I was going to get one off Rogue but they were out of stock. This isn't a cheap special from Amazon, it's a well made top quality piece of equipment. I tried it out earlier on and it does the trick just nicely. A necessary tool for your box of gym equipment if you want decent arms.
This also saves having to buy a Prearcher Curl bench.
Really awesome piece of gear. Really gives your bicep a burn.
