Where are TuffWraps made?

TuffWraps cloth wraps are made right here in Tampa, Florida! We also source products from all over the world.

Are they sold in pairs?

Yes, all our wraps are sold in pairs. You are buying a set (one for each wrist).

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, SHOP Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna).

What happens when I place an order?

  • Order placed, and a confirmation of your order is emailed to address provided.
  • Your order information is then transferred to our system (we never touch the data) to the shipping department. 
  • The shipping department will then create a shipping label to which you will automatically receive the tracking information. *if not received then you possibly entered your email address wrong when checking out.
  • Your items are then fulfilled as requested and placed in our mailing room.
  • A USPS or UPS Courier picks up packages daily except for Saturdays & Sundays.
  • Your tracking number will become active as soon as USPS or UPS scans it into their system. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking to become active.

*There are some instances where your package may not get scanned in at the first destination.  We have seen the packages get scanned in at Opa Locka.

When will my TuffWraps arrive?

Delivery time will vary depending on your location. We will ship your order within 24 to 48 hours during regular business hours. Once your order has been FULFILLED, and tracking has been sent it may take 24 hours for your tracking to become active in USPS's system. Tracking information will go live once it has been scanned at USPS. We have no control when your tracking number shows updates. If you have questions about tracking, please contact USPS or UPS directly with your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number, then there is a possibility you entered the wrong email address when checking out.  Please contact us to see if you think your email was entered incorrectly.

Any "PRE-ORDER" items are subject to estimated wait and processing times and these times are available in the item details of the "PRE-ORDER" products. If you run into any problems during the order process or in receiving your order, please don't hesitate to contact us via the CONTACT in the main navigation bar at the top.

*International orders:They may take longer than expected, so please be patient when ordering from another country. Remember that we are based in the USA and shipping outside of the country may have delays due to customs, weather, etc. 

What if I want to returns & exchange my item(s)?

What is Villain Wrist Wraps & what is the best length for me?

These are considered our powerlifting wrist wraps. TuffWraps sells these in 16", 27" & 30" depending on your choice of length. The longer the wrist wraps, the more support you will have. If you are an everyday lifter that is not looking to compete or lift heavy, then the 16" will be great for you.

My order never arrived?

Did you purchase "SHIPPING PROTECTION?  If not, we are no liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. You will be responsible for contacting the carrier to find your lost, damaged, or stolen items.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Please start by checking the USPS or UPS tracking information you were provided within the confirmation email. If you have provided us with an incorrect address and the wraps are returned, we will re-ship it to you for an additional shipping fee. If your package is lost after waiting the appropriate time for delivery, please contact us at sales@tuffwraps.com, and we will help you work with USPS to resolve the issue.

*International orders: If you have an issue or have not received your package, please contact us at sales@tuffwraps.com. If the package is lost or does not arrive, we will help you work with UPS to resolve the issue.

What if I entered the wrong address and my package shipped?

If you have entered an incorrect address, you will need to get in contact with the residence of the address you had originally provided when placing your order.  You can also contact your local post office to see if they can retrieve the package for you. If this address does not exist, it will simply make it's way back to our facility. If and when we receive the package we can then redirect your parcel to your correct address for an additional reship fee. We are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details on their order. The address is entered by the customer and is the customers responsibility.

How can I pay for my order?

TuffWraps.com accepts most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. TuffWraps also accepts PayPal, SHOP Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna as a payment gateway for those interested.

Do you deliver internationally?

YES! We do deliver internationally; we ship to most places. We now offer UPS.

YES! We ALSO ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

  • I never received my package?  If you have an issue or have not received your package, please contact us.  If the package is lost or does not arrive, we will refund you the purchase price of your order. The refund will only be issued 30 days after the order date.  This is because your package may still show up and may be held up for various reasons.
  • Can you refund my order? Shipping internationally may take longer than expected, so please be patient when ordering from another country.  Remember that TuffWraps.com is based in the USA and shipping outside of the country may have delays due to customs, weather, etc. 

Will I have to pay Duty and VAT charges?

Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon delivery. Unfortunately, TuffWraps.com has no control over these fees as they are decided and charged by your local customs office.

If payment of additional fees is refused at the time of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. At that point, we can refund your purchase price, not including shipping costs.

I have a promotional discount code, how do I use it?

If you have a TuffWraps.com promotional discount code, you can enter the code into the discount code at the checkout screen. Please ensure that the promotional discount code successfully applies to your order and that the discount is taken off the price before completing your order.

My discount code is not working?

Please make sure you are entering it exactly as it is shown with NO spaces.  Also, we do not allow ANY discount codes to be used on any of our BUNDLES.  These are already discounted up to 20%.

Additionally, items not mentioned on this list may also be excluded. If the discount code does not apply to a particular item, it means that item is not eligible for discounts.

Select gear and some apparel (this includes our basic range). Please email us for specific items you are trying to use the discount code for.

No coupon codes will be extended past the date of the sale.  Regardless if you see a post, video, ad, or coupon code on another website we will not honor past the sale date.

What if I purchased an item and the next day the same item goes on sale?

Black Friday is excluded, and we will NOT honor any discounts before this sales event. If you are within the three days of Black Friday, you will be required to return the items and repurchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. There is a zero-tolerance policy as we feel it is unfair to those that wait for Black Friday to get those items.

As a courtesy (outside of events above), we will only honor the sale up to 3 days before selective sale events. When you buy with us, you can get a 1-time price adjustment within three days of purchase if the item is now on sale (read policy above). Price adjustment requests would be honored when items are purchased at FULL RETAIL price and purchased within three days of the original purchase date.

*Will it work on Black Friday/Cyber Monday? No!

To obtain a price adjustment, send an email message to sales@tuffwraps.com within the 3-day window. Please include the order number and email you used to make your purchase.

I want a FREE Item after I purchased?

FREE items must be purchased the day of your order to qualify.  We unfortunately will NOT honor the free item for orders purchased before the date of the FREE item was offered.  Free items are not included in the 3 day retro.

What do I do as I didn't get my free giveaway during a promotion?

You must enter the required information in the notes section on the cart page before checking out or chose the product that is mentioned. If you did add the appropriate information to the notes section or chose the product, then it is possible we are out of stock.  We state in our PROMOTIONS while supplies last.

You are only allowed one FREE item per order. Multiple instances of any FREE item will be adjusted to one item only. 

If you forgot to add the appropriate information to the NOTES section or add the free item to your cart you will be responsible for additional shipping costs. TuffWraps is not shipping the promotional item for FREE in these circumstances.

Free items may change from day to day depending on the sale.  We do not allow you to exchange the free item once your order is placed.

If you live outside of the USA, you will be responsible for shipping. We only use DHL as it is guaranteed delivery and you will be responsible for any customs fee which may apply to your country.  TuffWraps.com is not responsible for the VAT or Customs fee under any circumstances.

Where is the sizing information?

Sizing charts are located on each of the products page for which you are looking to purchase.

How much is it to have my TuffWraps shipped?

We offer First Class Mail which is the cheapest but will take the longest. In the event you need them faster, we can ship Priority Mail. We now offer UPS services which include Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and Ground depending upon what you need.

International orders will be charged according to the destination provided. Please contact us for shipping charges internationally.

How are pre-ordered items shipped?

Pre-ordered items will ship once they arrive at our warehouse based on the order in which they were received.

I pre-ordered an item along with other products, when will I receive my order?

All products that we have in stock will ship based on the shipping you chose during checkout.  Pre-ordered items will ship USPS standard shipping once they arrive unless you call or email us to upgrade the shipping of the pre-ordered item.

What happens with my order during a Natural Disasters?

During Hurricanes/Tropical storms and other Natural Disasters which many things occur such as days of preparing (boarding up, food/water prep) evacuation, and businesses close. Also, power and internet may be disabled which may also cause delays.

Our normal practice is your order will ship within 24-48 business hours so please understand when a Natural Disaster occurs this is completely out of our control. Orders will be delayed and we will do our best to update on the processing/shipping of your order. 
 
United Postal Services are usually closed in our area if it is not safe to be on the roads. As soon as we are able to, we will process orders and ship them out as quickly as possible. https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/
 

Do you supply a warranty for my wraps?

We offer a 30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Try them out for 30 days, if you don't like them for any reason such as fit, feel, or performance issues contact us to send them back, and we will refund you for the purchase price of the wraps. If you receive a pair of wraps that are defective, you have 30 days from your purchase date to contact us. You must include a photo of the defective wrap, and we will replace them for you at no cost. A defective wrap includes where the material is unraveling; the string is missing or damaged. In the event is if after the 30 days and you have any other issues with your wraps, we will look at those on a case by case basis. Photos will be required.

How do I wash my wraps? Do NOT Machine Wash.

We highly suggest washing them by hand and letting them air dry.

*Lay flat or hang to dry.

I want to sell your wraps at my gym or equipment store – Can I do this?

Yes. We offer Custom Bulk Orders and pricing for gym affiliates. Refer to the above question about Custom Bulk Orders.
