How to Make an Exchange or Return

Returning or exchanging our products is easy!

1. Head on over to TuffWraps Exchange & Returns page and fill out the online form top begin your exchange/return.

 

2.  When making an exchange please choose 'Exchange for new item or refund' from the list. This will allow you to use 'store credit' on the site to shop and place an exchange order.

 

3. If this is an exchange, use the pre-paid shipping label that is given to you during the exchange/returns process. Send the product(s) back to us in their original packaging! Refunds you will be prompted to purchase a shipping label to send your product(s) back to us.

 

4. You'll get emails as soon as your return has been processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for online returns to be processed and/or shipped.

1. What is your return policy?

Shopping online should be as trouble free as shopping in store. For this reason, our Returns Policy is super simple. As long as your product is unworn (i.e., Free of deordorant marks, dog hair, stretched out wraps, velcro pulls on wraps, etc), unused, or unwashed (all apparel) and within 15 days of receipt.

2. How do I return or exchange my order?

To start a return or exchange, simply head to TuffWraps Exchange & Returns page and fill out the online form. After selecting the item(s) you are exchanging for you can use our pre-paid shipping label for you to mail your package back to us! Refunds will be charged $8.95 for shipping and handling for you to return the item(s). We'll send you a notification as soon as your refund has been processed, or your requested exchange is on its way. Please allow 1-2 business days for online returns to be processed.

3. Why am I being charged for my return?

The fee being charged is for the us providing you with a return label. However, you are also welcome to use your preferred shipping service to return the item to our warehouse. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in transit when using your own service. Please include your order number or a copy of your confirmation email inside the package to ensure we credit the correct payment method.

4. How do I get a return label?

At TuffWraps your return shipping label will be available once you process the exchange/return at TuffWraps Exchange & Returns.

Need a label emailed to you directly? Just shoot us a note at sales@tuffwraps.com.

5. What if I placed an order outside the USA?

If you are an International, FPO or APO Customer that purchased from the United States website, please use your own pre-paid label to ship the items back to the United States. Please include a note in the package detailing if you would like to receive store credit or issue a refund to original payment method.

6. Do you have a product issue?

If you believe there is an issue with your product, we ask that you please reach out to our Customer Service team at  sales@tuffwraps.com within 30-Days. When reaching out please include your order number, a description and a picture of the issue for us to better assist you.
