Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why we have a 30-day return policy for all products at TuffWraps.com. Here are a few details if you’re making a return:

RULES & REGULATIONS

All TuffWraps.com products are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We DO NOT refund *shipping charges as this is a service to send your products to you by USPS, UPS, DHL, and FEDEX. We offer FREE exchanges, and we will gladly pay the shipping charges (one time per order), which makes exchanging a product free, simple, and fast. The item must have been purchased from TuffWraps.com. Used items cannot be returned. If a used item is returned, you will not receive a full refund.

Any bundle being returned for a refund will need to include all products as these are discounted 20% for buying the bundle.  If you want a refund for one of the items, we will access the other two kept bundle items at full price and refund according to the balance left.

With our Free Exchanges, Easy Returns program, TuffWraps.com is happy to provide a prepaid label for exchanges only at the link listed below. Customers requesting an exchange will incur no fee for a return label. Please make sure to include in the NOTES section what you are asking exchange for.

If you are missing an item or the item that you receive is damaged, then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment.  

Customers seeking a return for refund will receive a refund for the returned items in the original method of payment, less any shipping fees (the initial shipping fee + the return shipping fee if we send you a pre-paid label + any prior exchange shipping fees attached to your returned order). Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.

Refunds will only be issued after all items in the original package have been returned to us, including free promotional items. Please always contact us first because most issues can be resolved very easily.

ALL ITEMS RETURNED IN USED CONDITION ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF 50%.

"3 SHIPS FREE" PROGRAM RETURN/EXCHANGE 

All items purchased through the "3 Ships Free" Program are excluded from the free exchange policy. 

If any items are returned or exchanged from the "3 Ships Free" Program then the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping. 

RETURN PROCESSING

Items must be returned in original packaging. Restocking fee may apply to returned items after we review them. Once we have received your returned item, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).

*Shipping costs are non-refundable noexceptions.

*If your order includes FREE SHIPPING your refund will be the total amount you paid minus the cost we paid to ship your items.

*Prepaid labels are provided by TuffWraps.com for EXCHANGES ONLY IN THE USA! (Limited to one prepaid label per order).If the order is outside the USA, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES
