I am a 70-year old woman with baby-thin wrists, who works out at the gym twice weekly with a trainer. I have always been limited in how much weight I could life due to what iI call my "birdie bones." My trainer recommended wrist wraps to me, so I bought these. Not only do they easily fit my small wrists, but when I wore them for the first time at the gym yesterday, both my trainer and I were impressed with my sudden ability to work with heavier hand weights. I only wish you folks would make these in different colors and patterns. There are other small-boned women out there!!
