How did your fitness journey start?
Spent my teen years both boxing and training with weights simultaneously. Eventually friends within the gym environment steered me towards the thoughts of competing. Initially I simply trained for strength to aid me in my boxing.
Who is your favorite athlete and why?
Mariusz Pudzianowski, as a kid I used to watch world strongest man. I was so impressed not only by his strength but his physical appearance too
What is your favorite food?
ANY 🍞 HAHA Especially with olive oil and some sunshine
What is your favorite Tuffwraps product and why?
The Dual ply elbow sleeves. In bodybuilding they are called upon very often. Shoulder workouts and chest workouts so therefore I would consider them a very important part of my arsenal.
What is an odd fact about you?
I climbed Mt Kilimanjaro in 2015 shortly after winning the British bodybuilding championships as a super heavyweight.
