was told by my trainer (Charles Griffen/ TUFF athlete) that these wraps are the best finally got a pair and he was correct best lifting wraps I have ever used would recommend to anyone
Bought these to replace figure 8 straps. The grip is great but maybe a bit on the small side. Wrist measures 7.8 inches so opted for M as that tied in with size chart. Would say the L would have been better suites. They do feel very solid though
