Our TUFF Self-Locking Weightlifting Belt is an affordable, tried-and-true alternative for competitors of any size and expertise level. It is significantly more slender and lighter than conventional leather weightlifting belts but still provides firm and superior support to the lower back. This belt is perfect for squats, deadlifts, and any exercise that requires lower back support. 

The Self-Locking Weightlifting Belt is equipped with a self-locking fastening system that allows smooth transitions from light to heavy lifting movements.

Use a soft measuring tape to measure above your waist (inches) at the navel area where your weight belt would sit.  This will ensure proper sizing. NOT YOUR WAIST where your shorts sit.  Please do not suck your stomach in, and keep everything relaxed when measuring.

XS - 23 in. to 28 in.

SM - 27 in. to 32 in.

MD - 31 in. to 36 in.

LG -  35 in. to 40 in.

XL - 39 in. to 44 in.

2XL - 43 in. to 48 in.
