Are you having trouble with your TUFF gear? We want to hear from you. And if your TUFF gear is defective, we want to make things right for you.

At TuffWraps, we stand behind everything we make. Our products are fully guaranteed to the original owner to be free of material defects for *SIX (6) months from the original purchase date from an authorized TUFF dealer.

If you feel that your TUFF product may have a defect in materials, don't hesitate to contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) and let us help you get back to the gym in no time. A copy of your original receipt will be required to verify your purchase from an authorized TUFF dealer. If you don't have your receipt, the manufactured date will be used as the start of the warranty period, and verification of your purchase from an authorized TUFF dealer will be required.

WARRANTIES

• The manufacturer's warranty does not cover any damage/wear on the front of the product. E.g., The bar scraping the front of a sleeve and ripping/tearing the neoprene or the material fraying on the wrist wrap from the velcro grabbing it.
• Cleaning your gear or apparel with a washing machine, dryer, or any chemical other than dish soap and baking soda will void the warranty..

WARRANTY PERIODS

• Leather Belts: 6 months
• Neoprene Belts: 6 months
• Wrist Wraps, Hip Bands, TUFF Cuffs: 6 months
• Knee/Elbow Sleeves: 6 months
• There is no warranty on Apparel
