TuffWraps® 7MM Competition Knee Sleeves (SOLD IN PAIRS) is our competition ready knee sleeves! These are longer than your typical knee sleeves at 12.0 inches. The side seams and tapered design allows for a much better fit. The support and compression of these are undeniable and help to promote better blood flow. Experience support, warmth, and reduce any unnecessary strain on your knees. TUFF Competition Knee Sleeves are perfect for squats, powerlifting, and strongman training.

How to Size: Measure circumference of the knee (mid-patella) in a locked position (muscles must be relaxed). If your calves are bigger than your knee measurement, we recommend using the circumference of your calf.

Love these sleeves as a daily driver. I would not trust these for a super-heavy single a la Powerlifting comp, but these make for an excellent training tool for powerlifting, strongman, and bodybuilding alike.

I purchased these to help improve my squats. I am working on depth and form and wearing these has given me the ability to stretch into the lower range without fear of injury. My goal is to train with them to the point that I can get to those depths, pain-free, without them.
I have lifted with them a few times now and what a difference! I am able to confidently get into a lower position and work on my flexibility. I tried 2 different sizes and definitely recommend going with the tighter fit for full support. These are high quality, well-stitched, and sturdy.
