The side seams and tapered design allows for a much better fit. The support and compression of these are undeniable and help to promote better blood flow. Experience support, warmth, and reduce any unnecessary strain on your knees. TUFF Competition Knee Sleeves are perfect for squats, powerlifting, and strongman training.

How to Size: Measure circumference of the knee (mid-patella) in a locked position (muscles must be relaxed). If your calves are bigger than your knee measurement, we recommend using the circumference of your calf.

I bought these specific knee sleeves because of my good experience with TuffWraps from my hard belt, and the fact that they make stuff big enough for me. I was able to squat heavy and deep for the first time in a while without aggravating my knee tendonitis, and it was wonderful. Be sure to look up a good method for putting on tight knee sleeves, as they are pretty snug, but that's kinda what you want. Highly reccomend TuffWraps products to anyone looking for supportive equipment.

The sleeves are of very high quality and the stitching is perfect! I didn’t feel any pain and did not hear the popping sounds my left knee normally does whenever doing squats. The sleeves also allowed me to squat a heavier load. I highly recommend!
