Customers Using Their TUFF Gear!

Our TUFF Bench Brick replaces the traditional board presses with a simple portable all-in-one brick that can be used with most standard barbells. No more lugging those 2x4's to the gym and asking someone to help assist in holding the board during the lift. This easily attaches to the barbell which makes it great for those who train alone.

WHY USE THE TUFF BENCH BRICK

  • This is a great tool for those who are either rehabbing from an injury, need to work on different sticking points while bench pressing, or working on their form through half reps.
  • Push through plateaus while reducing strain on shoulders and elbows.
  • Experience the convenience of 2-5 boards in one lightweight brick that you can toss in your gym bag.
  • Made of high-density foam and clearly labeled with the number of centimeters you are using. TUFF Bench Brick doesn't impede movement and it safely and snugly fits on most standard barbells.

The TUFF Bench Brick is made up of 4 positions that are labeled on the brick:

Equivalent to Centimeters
Inches
2 Boards 7.0 cm 2.8 in
3 Boards 11.5 cm 4.5 in
4 Boards 16.0 cm 6.3 in
5 Boards
18.5 cm 7.3 in

  • A great alternative to wood boards when performing elevated board presses
  • Fits most standard barbells
  • Measurements in centimeters printed on the block for easy use
  • Weight: Less than 1LB

great tool for benching

been using it for a few weeks and my bench press number went up surprisingly. it's a great tool to gain confidence with holding and pressing higher weights and it saved my shoulders both of which have tendinitis. i'll continue to use it on my 2nd bench day and hopefully my bench number will continue to go up!
