TUFF CUFF Compression Support deliver specific relief for persistent elbow and/or bicep pain.  This is known as golfer’s elbow or tennis elbow. This tendons/muscles of the elbow and forearm become overworked and therefore become compromised.  The tendons end up pulling on their attachment sites (epicondyles of the elbow) which results in that pinpoint tenderness.  Don't worry TUFF CUFFS are here to help alleviate your pain.

If you are experiencing numbness, tingling, or loss of circulation, please stop using the TUFF CUFFS immediately as they are too small.

Tendonitis at the elbow:

We recommend that you measure 1" below the elbow joint.  Measure the circumference around your forearm.

We recommend going down three sizes for tight compression. (e.g. if you measure 12”, purchase the 11” for compression)

General elbow pain:

We recommend that you measure the circumference around your elbow.

We recommend going down two sizes for general elbow support. (e.g. if you measure 12”, purchase the 11”)

Game changing!

With having tennis elbow pretty bad it restricted my training majorly! From day one this cuff had be back to my normal training and the pain is actually decreasing over time!! If you have tennis elbow, don't even look at other cuffs, swipe right and slide this badboy right into your DM's!!

Perfect for minor annoying issues

I wanted to try this out because of annoying tennis elbow issues with powetlifting. I was worried about how it would fit during my lifts but it was perfect! I had no elbow/shoulder pain when pushing myself. Tennis elbow is a minor issue that will prevent reaching full potential, this was perfect to make it go away. I will be ordering another so i have one for each are.

Tuff Cuff 4" Compression Support

Really enjoy the product. The fit is fairly snug and the extra compression near the elbow has helped with circulation issues through my forearm. I can comfortably do any lift in these cuffs, so I would definitely recommend them.
